Automatic Audit Trail


Each 'Optima' Job has its own 'Automatic Audit Trail' this automatically tracks any significant change to the job specification, quantity changes, delivery details etc. etc. It is also possible to add additional notes as required. The Audit trail is invaluable for query handling for both internal and customer queries.

The user name and date of action is recorded along with the detail of the change
This job had an additional invoice raised i.e. invoice number T001746.
The final two lines show that the paper specification had been changed. When this job is copied as a repeat job the new job will comply.
The final note was inserted manually to add additional information.
