Versatile Call-Off and Charging Methods

'Optima' has an extremely versatile 'call-off' capability, which enables items to be 'called off' in batches, singularly and for multiple delivery addresses from potentially multiple warehouses (refer also On-line systems for Web based call-off capabilities ).

Shown below is a simple example demonstrating multiple items, which are to be delivered to more than one address, from more than one supplier and where contract charges have be set to manual entry for completion following the call-off.

Things to note:

Versatile invoicing (if required) may be set to any address for the individual item or complete call-off (the above example shows the 3rd line set to invoice Heritage Branch 2).
Packs of items may be set-up to automatically call-off a variety of items to be used per pack, minimising error and entry time.
Following the call-off, extra charges may be added e.g. Special Delivery Charges etc.
In this example Selling Price (SP) and Buying Price (BP) are set to zero awaiting manual entry on conclusion of the 'Call-off'. Charge versatility is a vital part of 'Optima' FM/Stock system and may be configured to automatically apply charges that are:
Invoiced up front
Invoice on-call-off
Minimum charges
Manual
Invoices may be Consolidated, by Batch, Per call-off or Per job, offering you and your customers total flexibility.
