Versatility is the key to invoicing and cost control. The Optima charges screen offers non-compromised cost control and invoicing capabilities.
All features cannot be shown on this Web site; however, Invoice/Charge features include:
Individual charge lines may be invoiced to different addresses as required.
Extra costs can be added from more than one supplier without raising a separate order e.g. Couriers, Taxi firms etc.
Extra Sales/Invoice charges can be added at any time.
Multiple invoices can be raised as the job progresses if you wish e.g. invoiced up-front charges etc.
Charges may be added to be included within a 'Consolidated Invoice' if you wish.
This screen is not required during the enquiry stages, thus enquiry charges etc. are retained for reference on previous screens.
Comparison
of 'Expected' charges, 'Actual'
charges and 'Booked' charges,
ie:
• Booked - what costs and charges were
expected at the time of placing
the order.
• Expected - charges that have not yet
been invoiced, or costs that
have not yet been allocated.
• Actual - invoiced and allocated cost
values.
