Main Job Entry

'Optima' can handle any type of print and non-print related job. The flexibility and capability of 'Optima' is second to none. There are only three 'Optima' job types required to minimise your entry time whilst ensuring maximum flexibility. These are:

'Print Job'
Will handle all your print specifications from just 3 screens. Cut Sheet, Pads, Continuous etc.
During entry additional questions will prompt the operator based upon chosen job types e.g. 'Pads'

'Agency Job'
Used to minimise entry speed for Brochures, Point of Sale items etc. normally used with templates to aid special requirements.

'Flexi Job'
Used for personalisation, specialised finishing or any type of job requiring descriptive content.

Things to note:

Address details were imported directly from the customer database, you do not need to re-key. Delivery schedules are also possible, shown here is the default address only.
Enquiry is for 4 different quantities.
Size may be in Inches or Millimetres or mixed as demonstrated above
Separate Supplier and Customer delivery dates, enable you to build in a safety factor if required.
Proof and delivery chase ensures every thing is on time refer Job control pages.
Don't let the customer call you, reports are available that use the re-order date field to prompt you if the job has not been repeated.
