Project Control

'Optima' has an in-built 'Project Control' module which has been specifically designed to enable you to group jobs together. Often used for grouping important jobs for new customers and for projects such as Marketing Campaigns, Direct Mail Campaigns, in fact you may use Optima 'Project Control' to control any group of jobs.

You will see below that Delivery dates for individual jobs are easily reviewed on a single screen assisting you to ensure timely delivery of each element of the project.

Simply highlight the appropriate job and with a single key-stroke you may enter the individual job to review or change job detail as you wish. On exit from the job Optima will bring you back to the Project Control screen.

Things to note:

Red indicators showing planned and actual dates e.g. 'd'= planned delivery date 'D' = Actual delivery date
Job description and Status
Simply depress the 'Enter key' to enter the job
Each job may be linked to multiple supplier sub-jobs
Sub-jobs may also be reviewed from this screen if required.
There is no limit to the number of jobs per 'Project'
There is no limit to the number of 'Projects' that can be created
