Repeat History Tracking

f you have ever repeated the wrong job on behalf of your customer or even been close to doing so then Optima repeat History tracking is for you.

Jobs may be repeated as 'Enquiries' or direct to the 'Order' stage to minimise data entry, in either case Optima will automatically warn you if the job has been repeated before. A single key depression will reveal the history in a usable manner as shown in the screen shots below.

Optima will not force you to repeat the last job in the history chain but will offer you the flexibility of choice.

The repeat enquiry is also intelligent, the enquiry to the incumbent supplier will show previous job reference details whilst other 'test suppliers' will simply receive a new enquiry without any reference to the repeated job.

 By simply depressing the 'enter' key you may enter the job itself to view more details

 Exact/Amend repeat is shown
