Supplier Chase Facilities

'Optima' has been designed to assist the user with regard to supplier Proof and Delivery control. The chase system is extremely flexible and allows the user to choose what is to be 'chased' and how to chase it.

Optima will give you Proof and Delivery information to base your supplier chase decisions upon. You can simply phone the suppliers from information shown on the 'Chase Screen' or Email/Fax the supplier direct. The supplier is requested to respond with information.

When carrying out Email/Fax chasing a report is provided so that you are aware of who was automatically chased, in this way you stay in complete control.

All 'Chase' systems have useful utilities, which include:

The ability to chase All or Selected suppliers.
The ability to prioritise proofs being chased, assisting the supplier with your priority requirements.
The ability to add special instructions to the Email/Fax chase for individual jobs as required.
The ability to go directly to the job screens for additional information.

Chase types include:

 Proof Chase 


Enables the suppliers to be 'chased' to ensure proofing times are met.

 Delivery Chase 

 

Enables you to chase the suppliers prior to the delivery date to ensure delivery will be made on time.

 Quantity Chase 

 

Enables you to chase jobs that have been delivered and requests the quantity despatched by Email or Fax.
