is an important and integral part of an 'Optima ' installation; tailored
on-site training carried at your office follows each installation.
Training is tailored in conjunction with you and your staff requirements
to ensure that you will benefit from 'Optima' products in the shortest
possible time.
In
most cases our customers run live the day after initial training.
Our unlimited telephone support and 'hand holding' assures operator
confidence from the outset.
Additional and Follow-up Training |
We
recognise that a system as comprehensive and flexible as 'Optima'
will require follow-up and additional training services. We especially
tailor advanced training in line with your requirements and at a
time best suited to your organisation.
'Optima'
is supplied with around 50 reports; these may be used as supplied
or modified to meet exacting requirements. Training of the Report
Writer will enhance report writing capabilities and enable special
ad-hoc management and customer reports to be written in line with
exacting requirements.
Support
services may be tailored to your exact requirements; however, most
of our customers find our standard Telephone and On-line support
all that is required. Typical support covers Monday to Friday excluding
Bank Holidays from 9.00am to 5.00pm and may include:
